Go Integrator Cara Softphone Guide

This guide will show you how to setup and use the Go Integrator Cara softphone device.

Requirements:

  • A Go Integrator Cara Unite License assigned to the user
  • A Go Integrator Cara Softphone device assigned to the user
  • Version 4.7.0.9749 of the Go Integrator Cara application

Step One

In the Uboss portal, goto the user, then devices in the left hand menu:

Step Two

Click "Add Device" on the right side of the screen:

Step Three

Choose "Go Integrator Softphone" as the device, choose "New Device" in the "MAC Address" field and then press "Save":

Step Four

Install the Go Integrator Cara application, download details here

Step Five

When starting the Go Integrator Cara application select "Softphone" for you device and click "Next"

Step Six

Select your audio devices and click "Next"

Step Seven

Choose if you want to send customer feedback and click "Finish"

Step Eight

To open the application and start making calls, right click on the Go Integrator icon in the system tray

Step Nine

You can bring up the dial pad for the phone by clicking on the phone icon in the menu, when in the menu you can dial a number by clicking on the numbers or typing the number or name in the text box at the bottom of the app and clicking on the green "dial" icon

Step Ten

When the call connects you will have the call control window on screen
