Uboss allows Reseller level users and above to add numbers to the business CLI Whitelist, these are additional numbers outside of the platform that can be assigned to users and services as their “Outbound Presentation Number”.
Regulations - If a business requests for either a UK or International number to be added the reseller must tick to confirm the number is authorized for the business to use, is dialable, reachable, and that if this number is used when dialling emergency services that the correct physical address details have been made available.
Once the above is complete Uboss will allow the number to be presented, however depending on the regulations of the Country you may find that calls fail when presenting the number, especially with non UK numbers. For example if a German number was added to the CLI Whitelist, assigned a user as their “Outbound Presentation Number” and that user called another German number that call would fail. In scenarios such as those the number would need to be ported into our platform.
