HPBX SIM - Mobile Number Porting Process

To start the porting process please raise a support ticket with the below:

1. Mobile number being ported in
2. PAC code
3. Reference to user/SIM number is being ported on to

Time of Port

The port can happen at anytime of the day of port.

Porting Timescales

Porting requests will be processed on a FIFO (first in first out) queueing basis, and subject to best efforts within the constraints of the UK operator to operator porting agreements.

High volume porting requests may be throttled to maintain good service; no guarantees are given for timescales or numbers of porting requests. Typically, a porting request will be processed within 72 hours.

Incorrect PAC codes may incur porting errors or cancelled porting charges.
