Microsoft Teams as an application will not allow a user to transfer a call to any number that starts with a "*" or a "#". As such you cannot transfer a call to the call park feature access code of *68.
If you are using call park as a service, then we suggest that you use this workaround.
Add 2 new speed dial entries in to your MS Teams Calls app.
Name the first Park, and set the number as *68.
Name the second Retrieve and set the number as *88.
When on a call and you need to park it, go back to the calls app in Teams and start a new call to the Park speed dial. This will prompt you to enter the extension against which you want the call to parked. Enter the extension and the call that you were on is now parked.
To retrieve a parked call, cick on the speed dial for Retrieve, enter the extension when prompted and the call will be retrieved.
