If a user would like to use Webex via Uboss, their email address needs to be unique. If their business email has been used to sign up to a free Webex account, then it can be removed by following the below steps.
1. Go to https://settings.webex.com and select the ellipsis on the top right of the identity card. If you cannot remember your password there is a “forgotten password” link.
2. Choose Delete account, and select Ok
3. When you click OK, you’re signed out of https://settings.webex.com and your account is deleted immediately
4. Assign a Webex package in Uboss
If you cannot see an option to remove your account, then a case must be raised with Cisco via https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/attendeeCaseCreate?crossLaunchSource=CHP
