If a user would like to use Webex via Uboss, their email address needs to be unique. If their business email has been used to sign up to a free Webex account, then it can be removed by following the below steps.
1. Go to https://settings.webex.com and login. If you cannot remember your password there is a “forgotten password” link.
2. Go to the profile on the top left side

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete my account"

4. In the pop-up window click on "Delete my account" your account is deleted immediately
5. Go in to the Uboss portal, assign a Webex package and there should be no further issues.
If you cannot see an option to remove your account, then a case must be raised with Cisco via https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/attendeeCaseCreate?crossLaunchSource=CHP
