    Uboss - SPF and TXT Records for Email Sending

    Uboss will send emails to users when certain actions are taken. For example, if someone requests that a welcome note is sent, Uboss will send an email based on the email template settings.

    In order for delivery to be successful the "from" domain in the email must allow our SMTP server to send messages on their behalf.

    You must add the following entry to your SPF and TXT records.

    a:smtp.insmartcloud.com

    An example of an SPF or TXT record can be found below.

    v=spf1 ip4:83.137.180.0/24 a:smtp.insmartcloud.com include:spf.protection.outlook.com  include:amazonses.com -all
