There are two types of business that Uboss allows you to setup on Broadworks:
- Group - Simple Broadworks business, site level detail doesnt exist on Broadwork Uboss adds that level virtually
- Enterprise - A business where each site is a Broadworks "Group"
The main reason to create a business as an Enterprise is when there is a site level directory requirement for Webex users.
In order to create a business as an Enterprise the Reseller level must change the below setting to either "User Choice" to provide the choice when a new business is created, or "Enterprise":
