Adding and Deleting User Services
Most services are provided on a 30-day term but please contact your Support team if you need to check.
Adding a New Service
At business level, select ‘Users’
From the right hand screen select the user you wish to add a new service to.
Now from the top tabs select ’Package & Service’
Scroll down and you will see the list of assignable services. If the left hand box already has a tick in it, it means the service is live for that user. The start date of that service is shown on the right together with the contract term and contract end date.
Hovering over a service will show you the set up costs and the monthly recurring costs for that particular service.
Select the service you wish to add and check the box to the left hand side. Now press Save. The service will be active immediately and charges will start from the day it is added.
Cancelling a Service
To cancel a service, from the same screen, just uncheck the box. A pop up screen will give you a number of options on how you wish to proceed.
Tick the relevant option and then press ’Unassign’.
