- Browse to the handset's web GUI
This can be obtained from the handset by opening the menu and selecting option 9 - Click on admin in the top right and sign in as admin
- Browse to the Extension tab you want to configure, in this guide we will be configuring Ext 1
- Scroll down to "Proxy and Registration"
In Proxy enter: sbc.insmartcloud.com
In Outbound Proxy Enter: sbc.insmartcloud.com - Scroll down to "Subscriber Information"
In "Display Name" enter: Extension number of the user
In "Password" enter: SIP Password
In "Auth ID" enter: SIP Username
In "User ID" enter: Lineport before the @ symbol
Set "Use Auth ID" to: Yes - Scroll down to "Audio Configuration"
In "Preferred Codec" select G711a - Press "Submit All Changes", this will provision the phone and force it to reboot.
- If the extra line keys are lit up following this you can go to the Phone tab and set the line Keys to Disabled then press "Submit All Changes"
