Factory Reset a Htek Device

  1. Press and hold the “X” button on the phone, close to the navigation keys

  2. Wait until the screen changes to the below:

  3. Press the 3rd Softkey (Factory) to perform the Factory Reset.

4.Confirm that you want to perform the Factory Reset by pressing “OK”.
