Enable Bi-directional Presence with Microsoft Teams

If you are a user with Webex that also uses Microsoft Teams you may want to enable bi-directional presence so that your call status is consistent between both environments.

You will need admin access to the Teams admin portal and the Webex Control Hub to enable this functionality.

Please note that when on calls in Teams, the a call received on Webex will forward when call waiting is disabled. However, it does not work the other way around, the Teams app still rings when the status is set to on call.
