Akixi Licensing Structure
The below document details out the Akixi licensing structure, for reference we have included which of the old Akixi licences they have replaced.
Akixi Business Licence - replaces the Akixi Lite/1000/2000 business licences
- Mandatory service for every customer that wants Akixi reporting, this is a free of charge service
- Real time and historic call analytics and comprehensive reporting
- Akixi walllboard
- Monitor extension activity and the status of your colleagues
- Recover abandoned calls
- Includes group reporting
- Monitor agent and extension activity (depending on user licence types)
- Ability to report on account/disposition codes (depending on user licence types)
Akixi User Essentials - replaces the Akixi Common Extension licence
As a minimum anyone outside of a supervisor will need this licence assigned to be monitored for reporting. This user can also login to the Akixi portal to view their personal historical call reports for the past 30 days.
Akixi User Professional - replaces the Akixi Common Extension and Common Presence licences
This licence will monitor call activity for the user as well as access to the Akixi portal to view upto 30 days historical call reports, personal call control and a view of other users call statuses (BLF).
Akixi Agent - replaces the Akixi Common Extension, Common Presence and 2000 Add-on ACD Agent licences
With this licence you will get everything from the 2 Akixi user licences plus the ability to perform ACD Agent functions such as availability to call centre queues. This licence is required per call centre agent if you plan to monitor for ACD statistics.
Akixi Supervisor Standard - replaces the Akixi Common Extension, Lite Supervisor and 1000 Supervisor licences
At least one of these is required per business. The licence can be used by managers to get data but equally can act as a wallboard and display information on screen, concurrent logins are not permitted. Each supervisor licence comes with a free read-only wallboard application. There is an enhanced mobile application which unlocks specific reports e.g. Extension, Unreturned lost calls, Calls by ½ hour and calls by hunt group. Please note, this licence will also monitor the call activity for the user, no other licence is required.
