Viewing Your Tariff for Services & Call Charges (SDR / CDR Tariff)

Select ‘Billing’ -> ‘My Tariffs’ 

The first screen shows your CDR tariffs.

Viewing Your Tariffs for Call Charges (CDR Tariff)

‘Hosted Outbound’ are calls made from your Hosted VoIP phone.

‘Hosted Inbound’ are incoming calls to a Non Geographic (e.g. 0800, 0844) or International VoIP numbers if you have these services from us.

‘Batch Outbound’ are calls made from a standard landline (PSTN) if you have this service with us.

‘Batch Inbound’ are incoming calls to a Non Geographic (e.g. 0800, 0844) or International standard landline numbers if you have these services from us.

‘Mobile’ are calls made from your mobiles if you have this service from us.

Viewing Your Tariffs for Service Charges (SDR Tariff)

By clicking on the dropdown box you can then view your SDR tariff.

Download your tariff by clicking on the 'Export - Inc Exceptions' button.

Please note that the tariff names may differ depending on your level of access.
