Viewing Your Tariffs for Call Charges (CDR Tariff)

‘Hosted Inbound’ are incoming calls to a Non Geographic (e.g. 0800, 0844) or International VoIP numbers if you have these services from us.

‘Hosted Outbound’ are calls made from your Hosted VoIP phone.

‘Batch Outbound’ are calls made from a standard landline (PSTN) if you have this service with us.

‘Batch Inbound’ are incoming calls to a Non Geographic (e.g. 0800, 0844) or International standard landline numbers if you have these services from us.

‘Mobile’ are calls made from your mobiles if you have this service from us.
