Uboss Reports Summary

This is a summary of all reports available on Uboss.  Some reports are only available where Uboss is used to bill.  (R) denotes that the report is only available at Reseller level.


CALL CENTRE (Live data)

ACD Call Backs – to check if an abandoned or escaped call has been returned by an agent

ACD Call Logs – Inbound and outbound ACD call logs; can schedule

Agent activity detail – history of ACD state; can schedule

Agent Summary – summary report for call centre agents; can schedule

Auto attendant activity – shows which options customers have selected between set dates; can schedule

Calabrio Export â€“ Custom call data export to be imported into the third party tool Calabrio

Call Centre Summary – calls handled by each queue; can schedule

Call Logs – Call Centre – view call detail by queue; can schedule

Disposition Code Summary – code to show types of calls received/where from; premium call queues/agents only

DNIS Details – view all DNIS information – DNIS Name, Call Centre Name, Phone Number, Ext

Heatmap – graph of number of calls coming in per hour in specified month; reports on Call Centre, Auto Attendant or Hunt Group; can schedule

SMS – Business / Reseller – Based on invoiced amounts; drill down to see full information (R)

SMS Summary – by queue; drill down to see sender


CALLS (historical data)

Audit Calls – set criteria to review call usage at business level

Audit Carrier – shows carrier of VoIP and mobile calls/data

Authorisation Code/Account Code – report only shows if services assigned; tracks calls/only allows calls with a valid code

Call Logs – set criteria to drill into all calls; can schedule

Call Recording Storage Summary- by selected Business (R)

Call Volumes – graph showing number of call types – VoIP/mobile

Charge Codes – Business – top level calls by chargecode between required dates

Charge Codes – Reseller – top level calls by chargecode between required dates (R)

Conference Bridge Usage – shows moderator, number of calls held, number of participants & their numbers and spend

Daily CDR Export – View and download daily CDR files

Minus Rated Call Business/Reseller – shows list of calls that have been sold at less than buy price at top level and by business (R)

Top 10 Call Types – most expensive, longest duration, most frequent called number, most expensive called no

User and Phone Number Call Summary – total calls by type, total spend; can schedule

User Itemisation Report – can view and email individual users with itemised call report

 

COMBI (historical data)

Bundle usage – shows usage by bundle type by invoiced month 

Group Services – report on business level service assignments 

Mobile SIM Summary – mobile – split by calls, data, SMS with total costs

Summary by Department – shows split by calls/service, purchases and mobile if applicable with total costs

Summary by Site – split by calls and services, by site

Summary by User – split between rental and calls totals plus mobile costs

SDR/CDR Exceptions â€“ report of all customer exceptions at top level (R)

SDR Overrides â€“ report on any special pricing (R)

Summary by Business – split by calls and services, by business (R)


CUSTOMERS (R)

User Inventory Report – Shows Business, Site, User, Ext, Primary Device and Primary Package-all customers

 

INVOICES (R) Only available where Uboss is used for customer billing

Audit Report – report by month showing net and gross figures

Invoice History – Shows last 13 month’s figures by business

 

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (live data)

Account Journal Entry – report split by nominal code showing count and value (R)

Activity Summary – details all new and deleted instances of hosted seats/SIP trunks in selected month; live sales information for current month (R)

Agent Commission -  reports on commissions due to Sales Agents by invoiced month (R)

Assigned Devices – count of devices by type; can drill down into each phone model (R)

Device Registration Details – shows all customer devices at Reseller or customer level

Call Recording Activity  - shows who has accessed and listened/downloaded any call recordings and when

Hardware Orders – lists all hardware ordered between set dates at Reseller or customer level

Live Service Requests – lists new, disconnected and quarantine services

Missing Nominal â€“ list of all call classes/services and packages with missing nominal codes (R)

Number Porting Requests – shows port request number, date of submission, type

Number Porting Transactions – information on numbers, provider, dates and status

Platform Charges – breakdown of platform charges incurred by invoiced month (R)

Profit and Loss – profit and loss report detailing values per customer by invoiced month (R) 

System Audit Log – log of all changes made by the reseller/customer between given dates 

User Difference Report – details any changes in user quantities between selected dates (R)

  

SERVICES (live and historical data)

Audit – view sales by invoiced month and drill down into businesses, sites, users etc. (R)

Broadband Inventory – report on date ordered, status, IP address, postcode

Commitment Inventory Report – view all commitments consumed by children

Extensions – list of all current extensions in the business

Newly added services – services added last month and invoiced

Phone Number Details – charges made per number in selected invoice month

Rebate Customer – shows rebates earned and used between selected dates ( if passed on to customers) (R)

Rebate Partner – shows rebates earned and used between selected dates at Reseller level (R)

Service Detail-Business – by month, complete line by line breakdown of invoice to customer

Service Detail-Reseller – by month, complete line by line breakdown of invoice to Reseller (R)

Service Summary Business – based on invoice, live snapshot of all charges including credits

Service Summary Reseller – based on invoice, live snapshot of all charges including credits (R)

Service/package/number snapshot – live snapshot showing all packages, services and numbers

Unity Contact Centre Activity – Unity contact centre activity between set dates

Webex Provision Check – available at business level only; emails a report which shows if users’ email addresses are available to use on Webex or if they already have this service assigned . 

  

TICKETS

Ticket Summary top level figures of ticket status between selected dates

Ticket Transactions – drill down into each ticket to view full information

  

ZEN BROADBAND

Notifications – Reseller level updates for Zen circuit orders (R)
