Mobile First with Webex Mobile

For users with both the Mobile First service and Webex mobile they may have some confusion when receiving a call on both the SIM and the Webex application.

To avoid this confusion we recommend unticking “Inbound Calls Enabled – Allows Push Notifications” as per the below within the Webex mobile configuration options:

This will mean that when the user receives an inbound call it will ring on the SIM and not the Webex application.
