Gigaset N300/N510 - Factory reset

The Gigaset N300 and N510's can be factory resetting via a registered handset as shown in this video:

Alternatively to factory reset via the base station itself you can follow the instructions below:

1. Unplug the base unit from the power
2. Hold down the “Connect” button on the base.
3. Power on the device while keeping the “Connect” button pressed and wait 15 seconds until the “Connect” button starts to blink fast.
4. Release the “Connect” button.
5. Your base will now be reset.

The factory reset will unpair all handsets. Please follow the regular process to re-pair the handsets:

1. Press and hold the button on the front of the base unit for around 5 seconds
2. On the handset, go to Settings >> Registration >> Register Handset
3. When prompted, enter the PIN as 0000
4. The handset will then pair
