It is possible to allow your call centre agents to make outbound calls using the identity of a call centre they are an agent of. To make this possible the call centre queue or DNIS must be configured to allow this.
When logged into Uboss find the call centre instance you are looking to configure in the services page.
Go to the DNIS tab of the call centre instance.
Click on one of the available DNIS options and you will need to ensure that Allow Outgoing Calls is enabled.
